Western Sichuan-what I have seen and heard

Westbound, with direction and plan.

But in fact, this trip was random and changed a lot temporarily.

Day 1 (08. 15, Saturday)-Yingxiu

Starting from Chongqing, it's almost 9 o'clock, not too late, let alone early.

The first stop is expected to be Dujiangyan. After watching the water and mountains, I rested on the spot. Unfortunately, I couldn't book a ticket for the scenic spot. During the post-epidemic period, I didn't know how to control the scenic spot, so I had to miss it.

Arrive at Yingxiu after 3 pm. Although it's been 12 years since the earthquake, I can still feel sadness here. The weather is the same, and it's raining heavily in Mao Mao.

The guide who had a commentary to commemorate the epicenter listened to a few words and left. They explained it well, but? Why do you want to vividly reproduce the tragic scene of that year? If someone lost their loved ones in that disaster, would you like to hear this explanation?

We just hope that time will freeze there, and freezing in that disaster will be enough for future generations to mourn. As a souvenir, I don't want to miss it.

This is a natural disaster and a * * * industry.

The next day (Sunday, 8. 16)- Marcand

I was awakened by the rain in the morning, and the accommodation was quite quiet, a homestay.

Outside the window, it is raining heavily, and it is predicted that there will be heavy rain. The plan is to take the small loop. Today, we should go to Siguniang Mountain. Because of the rain, and because the navigation shows that Xiaojin to Danba (both in Gaode and Baidu) are closed, the small loop is interrupted, so the trip is cancelled. Bipenggou on the other side of Siguniang Mountain was supposed to go, but the weather showed that it was raining in Lixian County, so we had to go to the north of western Sichuan, where the weather looked good.

So, next stop, Marcand. Destination: Seda.

Along the way, expressway was closed due to landslides, and the national roads were basically along the river, wave after wave. What is even more shocking is that this road has been closed for 24 hours, and now it has just allowed one-way traffic. On the left is the roaring river, and on the right is the scattered rolling gravel.

In Marcand, I didn't take the elevator on the third floor, but my heart beat faster and I gasped. It's only 2500m, and the road is more tired, so we have to stop first. These are two road views of accommodation, one night early in the morning.

The third day (Monday, 8.17)-on the way to Seda.

Rain or shine, choose to leave after breakfast and go to Seda.

3 17 national highway collapsed in many places, which was very thrilling. There are still scattered pebbles falling when passing by. When it is quiet, it starts to cross the road. The traffic controller also said, don't stay, rush over.

This navigation shows that the journey is more than 5 hours, a whole day. On the way through Guanyin Town, I wanted to go to Kannonji to have a look, but I gave up and went straight to Seda because of the rain, fatigue and the narrow intestines shown on the navigation.

After getting off at Wengda Town, the scenery began to become beautiful and the weather gradually cleared up.

Outside, the barley is yellow, piece by piece.

There are white towers everywhere, small towers made of stone, and people who turn towers everywhere.

This is a Buddhist country.

Day 4 (Tuesday, 8. 18)- Seda: Dongga Temple, Muyunding.

Panorama of Dongga Temple

Mu Yunfeng, at an altitude of 3900+, drives by car in the mid-levels, and the rest have hiking routes.

Looking at Seda from the top, two panoramic photos.

Day 5 (Wednesday, 8. 19)

Weather: sunny.

Larong Temple is not open to the public, specifically, it is not open to people outside Ganzi Prefecture.

In desperation, referring to the advice of the local people, I started a trip over the mountain. It takes a lot of courage to climb a mountain in Seda, which is nearly 4000 meters above sea level. People like me, in particular, went to Seda Kangba Hotel the night before yesterday, and there was a loud opposition.

There is nothing to say. If you come, turn it over.

Finally, I met you.
