Pepper is an annual or perennial crop. China is a vast country with a large temperature difference in different regions. Only one pepper can be planted in most areas, and two peppers can be planted in areas with high temperature. In recent years, vegetable planting techniques in plastic greenhouses are getting higher and higher. Pepper is planted in a plastic greenhouse and can grow for many years under careful management.

The three northeastern provinces, Mongolia, Xinjiang and Qinghai-Tibet have distinct seasons, and only one tree can be planted a year. These areas can be harvested from March to April and August to September every year. The time to plant peppers depends on the local temperature. If the temperature rises quickly, you can sow for a period of time in advance to raise the temperature. If the temperature rises slowly, when the temperature is low, the sowing time should be postponed appropriately.

Pepper scab is one of the most common diseases in pepper growth. At the beginning of the disease, water-stained spots will appear on the leaves of pepper. If it is not prevented in time, the stain area will gradually expand, from the original fading to brown, and the spots will slightly bulge and present sores. At the edge of the infected leaf, the tip of the leaf begins to turn yellow and eventually falls off. Brown spots appear on the infected pepper branches, and in severe cases, cork flowers appear and crack longitudinally. Dark brown pimples will appear in the early stage of fruit infection with acne. If not stopped in time, small spots will appear one after another, tree embolism will begin, the air will be humid, and bacterial liquid will flow out from the middle of the lump.

Prevention method: Pepper seed cavalry is the most common disease of eggplant and vegetables except pepper infection. In order to prevent the occurrence of pimples, it is necessary to rotate pepper with non-eggplant and vegetables for 2 ~ 3 years. Before planting peppers, the soil should be turned over to remove the ohmic germs lurking in the soil. Pepper seeds should be soaked in warm water of about 55 degrees for 20-30 minutes to remove the germs on the pepper seeds. Do a good job in water and fertilizer management during pepper growth, drain water in time after rain, improve the growth momentum of plants and prevent acne. In the early stage of tumor occurrence, phenylaminocresol, quinolones and so on were used. Spraying once every 7 ~ 10 days for 2 ~ 3 times continuously can effectively kill tumors.
