Is it warm after the vernal equinox?
During the spring equinox, the average daily temperature is generally below 10 ~ 12℃ (the standards in different regions are not consistent), and the temperature in most parts of the south continues to rise, but it is generally not as fast as the rainfall to the spring equinox. In late March, the average temperature in northern South China is mostly 13℃ to 15℃, and in southern South China it is mostly 15℃ to 16℃. Most of the plateau has been melted by snow, and the ten-day average temperature is about 5℃ to 10℃.
The vernal equinox is the midpoint of 90 days in spring. One of the 24 solar terms, around March 20 of the Gregorian calendar every year, when the sun is located at 0 (vernal equinox) of the yellow meridian. On the vernal equinox, the sun shines directly at the equator of the earth, and the seasons in the northern and southern hemispheres are opposite. The northern hemisphere is the vernal equinox and the southern hemisphere is the autumnal equinox. The vernal equinox is a new year in Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and other countries, with a history of 3,000 years.
In early spring, the temperature rises quickly, and then it stays low for a while. This weather phenomenon is called late spring cold.
Need to pay attention after the vernal equinox:
Early spring has come, and the temperature has risen, but it is still warm and cold, and the climate is changeable. This rise is a gradual process. The temperature rises and falls, and people often can't predict this change. When the temperature rises, they will add clothes, but the temperature suddenly drops and the clothes have not been added. This is easy to suppress the yang, hinder the drainage of the liver, and affect health.
It is also prone to colds, bronchitis and other diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt to the moderate climate and follow the principle of "thin on the top and thick on the bottom". The human yang is rooted in the kidney. In spring, with the recovery of yang, the yang in the kidney will gradually grow, while the kidney will live at the waist, and the yang will spread to the whole body from now on. Once the wind and cold attack, the yang will be trapped in the sun, hindering the blood circulation below the waist, causing symptoms such as weakness of the waist and knees, pain and numbness.
Therefore, in early spring, don't change clothes too quickly and don't take them off too early. Remember the dressing principle of "the upper part is thin and the lower part is thick", that is, the pants, socks and shoes of the lower part must be thicker and warmer, and a slight reduction in the upper part will not be a big obstacle.
