When the mobile phone is turned on to access the Internet, official website can't locate the mobile phone display. However, in a few cases, the connection between the mobile phone and the server may be abnormally interrupted due to network anomalies and other factors. Before the test, you can try to switch the network, log in the account again, clear the mobile phone data (synchronization exception clearing MzSyncService), and restart the mobile phone.
