The restricted areas are within the Second Ring Road of Fucheng District (excluding the Second Ring Road), the urban area of Youxian District (including Xiaodao, Dongyuan Xiangyu, Taohua Island and Youxian Economic Experimental Zone), Huazhen Town of Anzhou District and jiepai town.
