What should I do if the weather software that comes with oppo is missing?

Troubleshooting of mobile phone system icon disappearing;

1. Check whether the phone is set to guest mode. If yes, change the owner's password and you can see it when you enter the mobile phone.

2. Go to "Settings > Other Settings > System Application Management >; All > defaults to all systems (or set >；; Application Management > Application List > Display System Process > System Desktop "clears the data to see if it is restored; "

3. Go to Settings > Security > Apply Encryption > Set Password > Select Application > Open "Enable Password Verification" to see if the hidden desktop icon is turned on;

When you open the hidden desktop icon for the first time, a window will pop up and prompt "Set Access Number". Set the 1- 16 digital access number that starts with # and ends with #. After setting, the application will be hidden. Enter the set access number in the dial to view the hidden applications.

4. If the above methods can't solve your problem, it is recommended that you back up your data, restore the factory settings of your mobile phone or take the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for testing and processing.
