Is Shiyan Yunxi suitable for planting anoectochilus roxburghii?

Shiyan Yunxi is suitable for planting anoectochilus roxburghii. Anoectochilus roxburghii should be planted in a well-ventilated environment. Sex likes cool, avoid direct sunlight, like wet, avoid dry. It is suitable for growing at 15℃ to 30℃ and can be planted.

A, anoectochilus roxburghii (anoectochilus roxburghii generally refers to anoectochilus roxburghii)

Oncidium: the plant height is 8- 18 cm. Rhizomes are creeping, elongated, fleshy and jointed, and take root at nodes. Stem erect, fleshy, cylindrical, with 2-4 leaves. Flowering: August-165438+1October.

Born under evergreen broad-leaved forest at an altitude of 50- 1600 meters or in wet places in valleys. China, Japan, Thailand, Laos, Viet Nam, India, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh are also distributed.

Second, growing habits

Orchids generally grow on the mountainside valley walls in deep mountains and valleys, in hillsides or crevices with good water permeability and water retention performance, beside sparse mountain grass and under the shade of secondary miscellaneous forests. Or there is shade, short sunshine time or only scattered light. Where the air humidity is high and the air can circulate, it is sometimes born on the cliff next to the mountain stream.

Orchids should be planted in a well-ventilated environment. Sex likes cool, avoid direct sunlight, like wet, avoid dry, the most suitable growth in 15℃ to 30℃. Poor growth above 35℃. The severe cold below 5℃ will affect its growth. At this time, orchids are often dormant. If the temperature is too high and the sun is exposed, the leaves will burn or scorch in a day or two. If the temperature is too low and it is not transferred to the house in time, frostbite will occur. .

Orchids are fleshy roots and are suitable for growing on sandy loam rich in humus. Drainage performance must be good, choose humus soil or mountain soil with more humus. Slightly acidic loose soil or iron-bearing soil, the suitable pH value is 5.5-6.5.

Third, cultivation techniques.

Peng Lan: Peng Lan and Lanfang should face east in the west, open in the southeast, with high walls or trees in the west.

If the weather is clear in winter, the temperature of the blue room can exceed 15℃, but the room temperature will drop in rainy and snowy weather. At this time, the room temperature should be kept at 65438 05℃ by heating and lighting. No need to heat at night, just keep it at 5℃.

Pot loading: Pot loading (or pot turning) usually occurs in March-April in spring or10-165438+10 in autumn. A flowerpot with a small mouth, a deep pot and a big bottom hole is better. Newly dug Shan Ye seedlings need to be planted in earthen pots (clay pots), so that the orchid mud is easy to dry, well ventilated and easy to take root; After 2-3 years, the purple sand basin or porcelain basin can be replaced. The planting method of orchids (potted plants) is different from ordinary flowers, especially famous orchids, and the roots must be washed when the pots are turned over and moved.

Method one

After preparing the orchids and planting materials, put the orchids upside down (with roots on the top and leaves on the bottom) under the tap and rinse them with slow water, but the water pressure should not be too high to avoid damaging the roots and leaves of the orchids. Grasp the blue head with thumb and forefinger, hold the little finger against the edge of the basin, and fix the root with bamboo chopsticks. When you put it in the pot, try not to let the root touch the wall of the pot. Pour the mixed gravel of bean grain size into the bottom of the basin to one third. Then pour the medium-sized plant material to four fifths, and fill it with as little space as possible. Pull out the bamboo chopsticks and shake the plant materials in the pot. After filling the plant material, shovel it with large plant material to a distance of 1.5cm from the edge of the basin. Finally, pour in the bean seeds, so that pseudobulb can be completely buried in the soil, and then shake well. Gently press the planting material with a soil compaction tool and make the surface smooth. After planting, it is best to plant the material in a pot with the center slightly higher.

Method 2

Pay attention to the drainage at the bottom of the basin, fill the clay basin with broken tiles, and cover the purple sand basin with perforated nylon wires. Before planting, spread coarse stones in the basin, accounting for about 2/5 of the depth of the basin, cultivate the soil with coarse stones with a thickness of 3-5 cm, and then add bluegrass. Pay attention to the root of the basin to spread itself, not to curl. When planting famous bluegrass, we must put the old grass aside and the new grass in the middle, so that there is room for new grass. When planting, hold bluegrass in your left hand, add mud in your right hand (to prevent mud from infiltrating into the leaf core), and then lift bluegrass slightly to make the roots stretch naturally. Then shake the basin while adding soil, so that the soil is in close contact with the roots. Then press the soil around the stem by hand, and finally let the basin surface steam slightly (that is, slightly lower around the middle). Spread a layer of moss or fine stones on it, so that the basin soil is not easy to harden and can reduce water evaporation. Water the basin immediately after serving. Water it thoroughly for the first time. Finally, put the basin in the shade. It's not advisable to bask in the sun directly for a month. The moisture should be controlled and not too wet. In the future, the location should be selected in a place where it is semi-cloudy and semi-sunny, ventilated and sunny in the morning.

Watering: Watering is at the peak of orchid growth. Once there is water shortage in summer, potted orchids will not grow well, and orchids need to be eight points dry and two points wet. Watering should be based on the principle of "watering when dry, stopping when wet and moderately dry". The water must be thoroughly watered, not half-watered. The frequency of watering may depend on the planting materials of potted orchids. Hard hydrophobic planting materials such as volcanic rocks, red bricks and pumice can supply water 1 time a day; Plants with strong water absorption such as pond mud and humus soil can supply water 1 time in two or three days.

Fertilization: farmyard manure is a good organic fertilizer, but it must be rotted for more than one year before it can be used. This fertilizer solution can be used to water 10-20 times, as far as possible at the edge of the basin, not touching the roots or orchid leaves.

Spraying mainly on leaves can not only supplement the nutrition of orchid plants through the absorption of orchid leaves, but also prevent fertilizer from contacting the roots and causing fertilizer damage. It is the best fertilization method for orchids. As long as fertilizer is sprayed on the leaves during the growth and development period 10 days or so, orchids can be completely raised without fertilizing the pots.

Fertilize less, eat less and eat more meals: orchids don't need too much fertilizer during their growth period. For vigorous orchids, apply dilute liquid fertilizer every 10- 15 days. Mainly natural organic matter. Natural organic fertilizer has comprehensive nutrition, no need to apply other fertilizers, mild temperament and no side effects on plants. However, chemical fertilizers are easy to harden the substrate, and most of them are acidic. Long-term use will cause the substrate to be too acidic and cause diseases.
