When stewing ribs, we wash the yam and then put on disposable gloves to peel the yam. Why wear disposable gloves?
Because yam mucus and skin contact will make people itch and feel uncomfortable. After peeling the yam, wash it with clear water and cut it into pieces with a knife.
After 40 minutes, open the lid of the casserole, add yam and stew for 10 minutes.
Note that the stewed yam with ribs should not be put together with the ribs, but should be put in before the ribs come out of the pot 10 minutes.
