I have been to Hufeng several times before, but I have never heard of Xihu Ying ancient town, perhaps because I don't know much about it. This time, experts from provinces, cities and counties visited this ancient town, which is 10 km away from the city. The cadres in charge of tourism development and management of Xihu camp in the town government told us that Xihu camp is a thousand-year-old town. Now, some state-owned enterprises have taken a fancy to this geomantic treasure-house, and are prepared to spend 20 billion yuan to build an ecological living and convalescent town in Xihu Camp, which is worthy of us to dig deep into the ancient streets, natural ecology and traditional culture of this ancient town and publicize it.

Xihu Ying Ancient Town is located in Hufeng District, Wenheng Town, Liancheng County. Now it consists of five administrative villages: Hufeng, Tiantou, Jiang Fang, Lijiang and Nanyang. Built in the Tang Dynasty, it was earlier than the establishment of Liancheng County, that is, "Liancheng County has no West Lake Camp". Entering the West Lake camp is like entering a paradise. Surrounded by mountains, there is a unique beauty of Danxia. The middle is suddenly enlightened, the land is flat, the houses are like fertile fields and beautiful pools, and the traffic is strange.

"One ancient river crossing, two banks of grass, three garrison camps, four ancient streets and five villages" is the simplest and most accurate description of West Lake Camp. Its unique Danxia landform and topographic position form a natural ancient ferry, and it is also an important land and water wharf in Liancheng area. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, most of the rice paper from Gutian and the woodcut books from Bao Si were transported to Tingjiang River in Shanghang by this ancient ferry, entered the Han River in Chaozhou, and then transported to Taiwan Province Province and Southeast Asia.

Xihu camp, Hu, Ying, what's the name? At first glance, it seems a bit strange, but it has infinite charm after careful taste. Grass grows in the sky, and the land of Ma Pingchuan is covered with reeds and streams, which are endless. Mat grass, commonly known as stone grass, also known as rush grass, was called "rush grass" in ancient times. It is a perennial marsh herb with tough and elastic stems, which is suitable for weaving mats. Mat reminds me of the mat factory in my hometown when I was a child, and also of the green mat grassland in my hometown. Whenever early rice blooms and heads, the endless green land surges like a vast sea. In June, the ripe mat grass is green. At that time, women in the village either knitted hats or played straw mats. The materials for beating straw mats are straw mats and hemp, and drying and harvesting straw mats is our children's business, so at that time, we were always stained with the green smell of straw mats, and straw mats also made us particularly kind. As Master Fu Xiang said in his poem, "Take the grass as the mat/the mat as the ground/the clouds are light and the wind is light/in the childhood mystery". When I was a child, I hid in the bed, on the straw mat, and smelled the fragrance of the straw mat when I slept, just like the memory of my mother's arms when I was a child. Mats occasionally smell like children's urine. It smells quite fresh after drying, because it is the smell of childhood.

The Fiona Fang of the Great West Lake is100km long, with green hills, winding streams, swaying ancient trees and long official roads. The Millennium Temple is the earliest place in Liancheng to commemorate the first king who opened a port in Fujian, and today's activities of worshipping Ha Hu Hou in the 13th Square of Heyuan also originated here. The crawling giant fish stone and the beautiful snail girl are beautiful love stories. The ancient military camp in the Tang Dynasty, seven pieces of blue clothes, the lake transport pier in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the Wu mansion, which are both civil and military, all contain heavy human history.

Xihu camp can't see the lake now, but Dashiyan Reservoir is an artificial lake. In the early years of Qing Dynasty, porcelain became the main industry of Daxihuying for a long time. Later, with the progress of technology, the variety of porcelain increased and its reputation expanded. So far, a large area of porcelain gravel remains at the bottom of the reservoir, and the lake is shallow. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, due to the convenience of waterway transportation, Yingxi West Lake became a distribution center for agricultural and sideline products and commodities along the upper reaches of Tingjiang River. Some big vendors in the city set up a lake transport terminal and branches in the West Lake camp to purchase goods, and exported porcelain, straw mats, cloth, books, rice paper, tobacco and peanuts in red as the bulk. These businessmen gradually opened neighborhood shops, and the docks were bustling from morning till night, and there was an endless stream of business trips in the past. This prosperity is still deeply in the minds of Hu Feng people. The small bridges, flowing water, blue bricks and green tiles, pavilions and pavilions in Hufeng Old Street make people linger, and the ancient houses and ancient soil show the charm of ancient buildings. "Thousands of people hold hands during the day and a stream lights up at night." Businessmen gather on the dock. At night, they light their oil pans and steam lamps. After the river overflowed, the light shone like stars. This is a romantic ancient town and a romantic camp.

Xihu Ying ancient town is rich in Hakka culture, religious culture, red culture and folk culture. A stone road, a Millennium military camp, still preserves a relatively complete ancient architectural complex in Tiantou Ancient Village. The ancient town has a primitive and rugged legacy of the military camp in the Tang Dynasty, neighborhood shops with ancient customs, dock culture with historical details, temples where Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism coexist, the site of the Red Army War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, unique folk customs, and the three treasures of the West Lake camp, such as yellow wax stone, white duck and safflower, which are famous on all sides. West Lake Camp is a microcosm of Hakka folk culture, integrating China traditional culture, Hakka folk customs, eco-tourism and beautiful countryside.

At noon in the early summer of Xihu camp, the weather is sultry and dignified, and there are basically no people. Entering Hufeng Old Street, there is only one old street and several short and narrow streets. The antique shops on both sides of the street are built by a stream, which is cool and breezy and full of charm. On both sides are shops with their own characteristics. The doorplates of these shops are antique and naturally blend in with the town. The old stone road and cobblestone road extend vaguely. There is a little dirt between the slates. It was dark and trembling buds could be seen everywhere. Wearing light green, thin body greeted us, grinning, and occasionally being accidentally stepped into the slate by passers-by. After that, they still leaned out of their heads and swayed in the wind. On both sides of the stone road, most of them are old houses. Although they are not as old as the Millennium, the breath of the Millennium will always pervade the world. There are windows of different sizes hanging under the eaves, which are mottled by years, just like a pair of eyes that see through the world of mortals.

Several short narrow streets and characteristic shops in Xihu Ying Old Street have lost their former prosperity, and some are in decline. Time-honored brands should have the fusion of ancient and modern techniques, such as kneading dough, carving, carving, tin-beating, silver-beating, oil-squeezing, silk reeling, sugar-making, baking cakes ... The ancient buildings and layouts in the 1930s and 1940s have a faint historical flavor.

Rows of old houses in Tiantou Village and Hufeng Village let us appreciate the elegance, rigorous structure and simplicity of these quadrangles in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The courtyard of a large family embodies the essence of Hakka culture. Through the construction of wood, stone and brick, a closed space and a quiet courtyard are formed. These courtyards have the exquisite and elegant features of southern folk houses. The patio is spacious, the axis is symmetrical and rigorous, and it has the charm of the northern quadrangle. The wooden structure of the main buildings such as the front hall and the main hall is relatively complete. Some renovated old houses are rejuvenating and the authenticity of their components has not changed.

At the end of this street, we came to the ancient ferry in Ming and Qing dynasties, which is the land and water wharf of Xihu Ying ancient town. The owner of the dock is called "Million Gong", and he is rich because of his prosperous dock business. However, there is no trace of the past pier here, except for the broken walls and green trees, and the noise of the past pier. There are only two tall and majestic old gatehouses left on the dock, and the two stone masts erected in the gatehouses are faintly visible in the sunset. There are several tall camphor trees and neem trees on the old pier, which are covered with a layer of shade, bringing a little coolness to people and adding a little silence to the ancient town. After taking some photos in this desolate land and water wharf, our stomachs began to cry, so we went to Jiang Fang and saw the Millennium Arhat Pine in Jiang Fang.

At night, we trudged home slowly, but the afterglow was still strong, and the sun still set late, occupying most of the night. The night seems to be paper soaked in oil and turned into a translucent body. It is embraced by the sun and cannot be separated from it. May be intoxicated by the sun, so auspicious cohesion, Gong Hu night after the peak is red. Sunset, beautiful scenery and beautiful women constitute the scenery of West Lake Camp. Xihu Ying, like a beautiful and kind Hakka woman, looks at every passerby with affectionate eyes.

Xihu camp is not only a beautiful landscape painting, but also a beautiful woman with a variety of amorous feelings, which deserves our good look. ?
