The shelf life of cold rice noodles can be extended by putting them in a sealed container or plastic bag and then in the lowest temperature area of the refrigerator. Cold noodles can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
If you add some seasonings when cooking cold noodles, such as vinegar and Chili oil, the storage time will be shorter. This is because these seasonings will accelerate the deterioration of cold rice noodles. Therefore, if you want to keep cold rice noodles for a longer time, it is best not to add too much seasoning when making cold rice noodles.
