Excuse me, what is Buddha's light? People have Buddha's light. What does Buddhism mean?

"Buddha's light" is a special physical phenomenon called "solar halo". It is a diffraction phenomenon formed after strong sunlight hits the surface of clouds in cloudy weather. The emergence of the "Buddha's Light" spectacle is very rare because of the comprehensive effect of various natural factors such as sunshine, topography and sea of clouds.

Buddhists believe that Buddha's light is the light from the head chakra of Bodhisattva. There are four specific explanations:

1. Light brought by Buddha.

2. It refers to the flame above the Buddha statue.

3. refers to the luster of the Buddha's face.

4. Also known as "Emei Baoguang".

Buddhist legends

Buddhists believe that only those who are predestined friends with the Buddha can see the Buddha's light, because the Buddha's light is the auspicious light of saving the world radiated from the Buddha's brow. Legend has it that more than 1600 years ago, the grottoes in Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes appeared strange scenes of "glittering" and "thousands of buddhas". Then, the appearance of "golden light" and "Buddha light" is "the appearance of Buddha"

One evening in 366 A.D., on a sand hill near Dunhuang City, Gansu Province, northwest of China, a monk named Le Lei accidentally saw the "Buddha's Light". When he saw the "Buddha's Light", he immediately knelt down and Qingyin vowed to turn the place where he saw the "Buddha's Light" into a sacred treasure. Inspired by this idea, after thousands of years of intermittent construction by craftsmen, this world-famous cultural and artistic treasure that people see today-Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes has finally been achieved.

The original motive of creating this section of Mogao Grottoes is recorded in the inscription of Li Kerang rebuilding the monument of Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang Cave 332. Some documents interpret "golden light" as "light image" or illusion seen in summer, while others interpret it as "Buddha light". In "Cultural Journey", Yu Yu described the first half of Li Kerang's rebuilding of the Mogao Grottoes in vernacular Chinese in a more detailed and vivid way, especially "Singing songs … suddenly seeing golden light, like a thousand buddhas".
