Two: Moisture-proof mat

Aluminum foil moisture-proof pad is generally used. If you want to be more comfortable, you can use 1cm pearl cotton. However, the pearl cotton moisture-proof pad is inconvenient to carry.

Three: sleeping bag

If you are in go on road trip, you can drive directly to the camp or take the quilt home. If you buy sleeping bags, you must pay attention to the fact that the suitable temperature of most sleeping bags is empty. For example, the comfortable temperature is 0-5 degrees. If you really use a single sleeping bag at 0 degrees, you will definitely freeze to death. The general comfort temperature+10 is the suitable temperature for sleeping bags. If the temperature in the campsite is 20 degrees, you need to buy a sleeping bag with a comfortable temperature of 10- 15 degrees.

Four: inflatable cushion
