1. Controlled area

Suhu Road - First Ring South Road - First Ring West Road - Sansu Avenue (the section from First Ring West Road to Tiehuan East Road) - Tiehuan East Road —Meizhou Avenue (section from Tiehuan East Road to Yuping Street)—Yuping Street (section from Meizhou Avenue to Kegongyuan 3rd Road)—Kegongyuan 3rd Road—Dongpo Avenue (section from Kegongyuan 3rd Road to Fucheng Road)— Fucheng Road (the section from Dongpo Avenue to Qingyi Street) - Tsingyi Street (the section from Fucheng Road to Meizhou Avenue) - Meizhou Avenue (the section from Qingyi Street to the Second Minjiang Bridge) - the embankment on the west bank of the Minjiang River (the section from the Second Minjiang Bridge to the First Minjiang Bridge) All roads within the closed area constituted by bridges. 3. Control measures

(1) Level 3 (yellow) early warning control measures.

01. All construction waste transport trucks, slag transport trucks, and sand and gravel transport trucks are strictly prohibited from entering the controlled area. If you have entered the controlled area, stop immediately and drive out of the controlled area.

(2) Level 2 (orange) early warning control measures.

01. Within the control area, except for urban operation support vehicles and special vehicles, all small motor vehicles with license plate numbers ending in 1 and 6 are restricted from driving on Mondays, license plates ending with 2 and 7 are restricted from driving on Tuesdays, and license plates ending with license numbers are restricted on Wednesdays. 3 and 8 are restricted, license plate numbers ending in 4 and 9 are restricted on Thursday, and license plates ending in 5 and 0 are restricted on Friday. If the last number is a letter, the last number shall prevail. There are no restrictions on legal holidays and public holidays.

02. All freight vehicles and engineering vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the controlled area. If you have entered the controlled area, stop immediately and drive out of the controlled area.

(3) Level 1 (red) early warning control measures.

01. Within the control area, except for urban operation support vehicles and special vehicles, all small motor vehicles are restricted to use odd and even license plate numbers. Vehicles with numbers ending in 1/3/5/7/9 on even numbers are restricted; vehicles with numbers ending in 0/2/4/6/8 on odd numbers are restricted. If the number ends in a letter, the last number shall prevail. There are no restrictions on legal holidays and public holidays.

02. All freight vehicles and engineering vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the controlled area. If you have entered the controlled area, stop immediately and drive out of the controlled area.
