If I am not mistaken, there are three situations.

1. Your router cannot assign an IP address to your TV. I suggest you log in to your route after connecting the TV to see if there are any extra IP addresses.

I don't know where you use broadband, and the network resources you can get are different. Like me, with Great Wall Broadband, cool dogs can occasionally find songs, but occasionally they can't. There is only one solution. Find someone from the Great Wall to set up VPN.
