Has Tianqi Model been acquired by Xiaomi?

As of December 20, 2023, the company has not been acquired by Xiaomi.

According to inquiries from Sina Finance, Tianqi Model Company currently does not cooperate with Xiaomi, nor does it maintain business contact with Xiaomi Motors. There has been news of the transfer of control of Tianqi Model recently, but Huaibei State-owned Assets acquired 17.18% of shareholders' equity at a price not exceeding the company's total market value of 6 billion, which is equivalent to about 6.3 yuan per share, and has nothing to do with Xiaomi's acquisition.

So Tianqi Model Company was not acquired by Xiaomi.
