Will you resume playing guitar in winter?

Playing the guitar in winter won't recover on its own. It is best to humidify the piano body properly, and then replace the high piano pillow, but you can't easily adjust the wrench.

It is very dry in winter, so the fingerboard of the guitar is easy to bend, which will cause jumping. The weather is dry, the wood is easy to deform and the glue is easy to crack, so it is necessary to ensure the wet and dry balance of the guitar in winter.

When the guitar is dry, the front panel and the back panel become very flat or even sunken, and the paint is deformed due to low humidity, forming a block, which is the performance that the guitar is too dry.

When the guitar shrinks, the gap in the paint water will not disappear completely, but when the humidity returns to normal level, this phenomenon will be alleviated.

The center line of the backboard is cracked due to shrinkage. When the paint is slightly separated, the damage is irreversible. If the guitar is too dry, the fingerboard will shrink continuously due to dryness, and metal wires will protrude from the edge of the fingerboard, hook clothes and even cut fingers.

When storing guitars, be careful to avoid direct sunlight, and don't put them near heaters or stoves. The guitar is far away from the heat source, and the indoor humidity is kept at 40 ~ 60. If the indoor humidity is too high, use desiccant to reduce the humidity when it is higher than 70.
