Why isn't the weather in the notification bar of iphone6 updated?

Open the settings of iPhone6 Plus first, and then select Privacy.

Select Location Services, swipe down to find the weather, and then turn on this option.

Go back to the settings page of iPhone6 Plus, select the notification center, and open today's summary option.
