China soil is divided into 2 soil types, 3 subtypes, 4 soil genera and 82 soil types, with a total area of 137200 hectares.

Tidal soil: directly developed on the sediments of the Yellow River, it is divided into two subcategories: tidal soil and salinized tidal soil. Coastal fluvo-aquic soil is the only soil genus in fluvo-aquic soil subcategory, including 15 soil species, and most soil structures have thick cohesive layers. It is distributed along the Tuhai River and east of the middle reaches of Qinkou River in southern Guo Fu, covering an area of 29,600 hectares, accounting for 265,438 0.6% of the total soil area. The soil surface is mostly light soil and medium loam, and the soil fertility is high. Coastal salinized fluvo-aquic soil is the only soil genus in salinized fluvo-aquic soil subclass, including 34 soil species, covering an area of 52,200 hectares, accounting for 38.0% of the total soil area. Soil is low in nutrient content, poor in water and fertilizer conservation, barren and threatened by drought.

Saline soil: It consists of marine sediments and terrestrial sediments. There are 1 subtypes of coastal tidal saline soil, including two genera of coastal tidal saline soil and coastal beach saline soil. Coastal tidal saline soil includes 27 soil species, covering an area of 40,900 hectares, accounting for 29.8% of the total soil area; Coastal beach saline soil includes 6 soil species, with an area of 14500 hectares, accounting for 10.6% of the total soil area. The two soil genera are mainly distributed in the eastern part of the county below 3.5 meters above sea level. The surface texture is mostly light soil and sandy soil, and the coastal tidal saline soil has both medium soil and heavy soil. The soil structure is mainly thick sand layer. The salinity of groundwater is very high.

There are four types of soil surface texture: sandy soil, light soil, medium soil and heavy soil, covering an area of 6.5438 0.36 million hectares, 64.6 million hectares, 40.4 million hectares and 6.5438 0.86 million hectares respectively. Light soil has the largest area, accounting for 47. 1% of the total area. [7]
