How to avoid frosting and dewing of cooling water in fiber laser cutting machine in summer

The laser generator and optical lens of Hanma laser fiber cutter are all water-cooled. Because water in the air will condense into water when it is cold, when the temperature of cooling water is 5-7 degrees lower than room temperature, water will condense on the surface of laser generator and optical lens, which greatly affects the light output efficiency of laser and the transmittance of optical lens, and greatly affects the laser energy and the service life of optical accessories.

1. Therefore, we need to control the laser generator and laser cutting head through separate water cooling. It is suggested that users set the water temperature of the laser generator of the cooler to about 26 degrees and the water temperature of the laser cutting head to about 30 degrees (depending on the specific temperature and humidity of the environment where the equipment is located);

2. Strictly observe the switching sequence in summer.

A. Turn on the laser main power supply and key switch-wait for laser preheating 10-30 minutes-turn on the water cooler;

B turn off the water cooler-turn off the main power supply and key switch of the laser.

Note: the laser has been turned off, but the water dispenser is still running!

3. When the laser equipment is turned off, the water cooler should also be turned off to prevent condensation when the machine is stopped due to excessive temperature difference;

4. It is strongly required to install an air conditioner in the equipment use workshop and keep the air conditioner running continuously and stably (including at night) to maintain the indoor temperature and humidity, or turn on the air conditioner for half an hour before turning on the laser equipment power supply and water cooler;

5. Maintain the cooling system and replace the cooling water in time.

As the temperature rises in summer, the working pressure of the cooling system of fiber laser cutting machine increases. It is suggested to check and maintain the fluorine pressure of the compressor inside the cooler before the arrival of high temperature. The equipment pressure of different manufacturers is not the same. It is recommended to consult the specific parameters of the equipment manufacturer before maintenance.

Due to the high temperature in summer, the deterioration speed of cooling water will also accelerate. It is suggested that users use ordinary distilled water or purified water to clean the scale in the water tank regularly, and replace the water and filter element (it is suggested that the replacement period should not exceed 15 days in summer) to avoid the high temperature alarm caused by the scale adhering to the laser and pipeline. Please operate the cleaning scale under the guidance of the equipment manufacturer.

Hot and humid weather will make all parts of laser power supply and laser equipment wet or dewy, which will lead to various failures and seriously affect the normal production of users.
