How to choose clothes in hot weather and the skills of choosing clothes.

1. Choose cotton, linen or knitted clothes. Choose breathable fabrics, such as cotton, linen or knitted fabrics. These fabrics won't wrap your body tightly and make you sweat. Even in hot summer, you can keep cool and dress appropriately. When the weather is hot, choose dresses, tops and skirts made of cotton or linen, or simply cut knitted skirts. In order to keep cool, cotton or linen shorts, knitted or linen T-shirts are all good choices.

2. Don't wear clothes made of polyester, nylon and silk. Although the fabric looks good, it is airtight. They will keep sweating and can't sweat, making you feel worse in hot weather. It is best not to wear clothes made of man-made fibers or wool. They are not only airtight, but also make you sweat more. Silk is a waterproof fabric, and sweating in hot summer will make you feel more sultry. But if you need to dress up for formal occasions, it is much better than compressed fabrics such as polyester and nylon.

3. Be sure to choose light-colored fabrics. In hot weather, you should wear light-colored clothes. Compared with dark colors, soft light colors absorb less sunlight, such as white, nude and gray. Avoid dark and jewel-colored clothes, such as emeralds, purple and blue. Don't wear black clothes, because they will absorb sunlight and make you feel hotter.
