1, lifting commanders must hold relevant certificates, and work closely with operators to carry out specified command signals. The operator should operate according to the signal of the commander. When the signal is unclear or wrong, the operator can refuse to perform. 2, lifting operations, no matter who sent an emergency stop signal, lifting operators should be executed immediately. 3. When working in the open air, in case of severe weather such as gale above level 6 or rainstorm, heavy snow and fog, the lifting operation should be stopped. 4, crane amplitude indicator, torque limiter, lifting weight limiter and various travel limit switches and other safety protection devices, should be in good condition, sensitive and reliable, and shall not be arbitrarily adjusted or removed. It is forbidden to replace the operating mechanism with limiters and limiting devices. 5. When the crane is running, it is forbidden for anyone to stay, work or pass under the boom and heavy objects. When lifting heavy objects, it is forbidden to pass above people. It is forbidden to carry people by crane. 6, it is strictly prohibited to use the crane for cable-stayed, inclined crane and lifting underground buried or solidified on the ground of heavy objects and other unknown weight. The concrete members or templates poured on site must be completely loosened before lifting. 7. A cushion block should be added between the sling and the edges and corners of the object, and the rope cannot be directly tied to the edges and corners for lifting. 8, hook should have insurance device, to prevent accidental decoupling in the process of lifting. 9. When lifting on the ground with insufficient bearing capacity, the legs of lifting machinery should be laid to prevent the crane from tilting due to foundation sinking during lifting. 10, the vertical speed of heavy objects should be smooth and even, and sudden braking is not allowed. The left and right rotation should be smooth, and the reverse movement is not allowed before the rotation stops. Non-gravity descending crane shall not descend freely with load. 1 1, it is forbidden to hang heavy objects and hang them in the air for a long time. In case of sudden failure during operation, measures should be taken to lower the heavy objects to a safe place and turn off the engine or cut off the power supply for maintenance. 12. The crane shall not be near the overhead transmission line, and any part of the crane shall keep a safe distance from the overhead transmission line. 13. There should be enough swing space for lifting operation. Before operation, a warning line should be set up outside the operation radius, and personnel supervision should be arranged.
