Outdoor high temperature work requirements:
1, strengthen the prevention and control of high temperature weather. On the labor protection matters of high temperature operation and high temperature weather operation, negotiate with the trade union of the unit on an equal footing and sign a collective contract or a special collective contract. Improve the occupational safety and health education and training system for employees, and popularize basic protection knowledge such as high temperature protection and heatstroke first aid.
3, strictly implement the provisions of the high temperature operation time. When the highest temperature reaches 40℃ and above, outdoor work should be stopped on that day; When the daily maximum temperature reaches 37℃ or above and 40℃ or below, the total outdoor operation time of employees shall not exceed 6 hours, and outdoor operation shall not be arranged within 3 hours of the maximum temperature period; When the daily maximum temperature reaches above 35℃ and below 37℃, shifts and rotations shall be adopted, and outdoor workers shall not be arranged to work overtime.
4, timely and full payment of employee high temperature allowance. If workers are arranged to engage in outdoor outdoor operations in hot weather above 35℃ (including 35℃), and effective measures cannot be taken to reduce the workplace temperature to below 33℃ (excluding 33℃), high temperature allowance shall be paid. The standard is 300 yuan per month, and the payment time is 4 months (June, July, August and September). The expenses of labor protection articles such as heatstroke prevention drinks and medicines provided by the employer shall not offset the high temperature allowance.
5. Do a good job in the occupational health examination of employees. In case of high-temperature occupational hazards, a special person shall be responsible for daily high-temperature monitoring, and the occupational hazard factors shall be detected and evaluated in accordance with relevant regulations. Organize the occupational health examination of employees exposed to high temperature hazards before, during and after taking up their posts, store the examination results in occupational health monitoring files, and inform employees in writing. The expenses for occupational health examination shall be borne by the employer.

(1) Arrange the operation time reasonably. According to the production characteristics and specific conditions, the working hours of workers in high temperature weather are reasonably arranged and adjusted.
1. When the highest temperature reaches above 40℃ on that day, the outdoor operation on that day should be stopped.
2. When the daily maximum temperature reaches 37℃ or more and 40℃ or less, the employer shall not arrange outdoor outdoor operation for 6 hours, and the continuous operation time shall not exceed the national regulations, and outdoor outdoor operation shall not be arranged within 3 hours of the maximum temperature.
3. When the daily maximum temperature reaches 35℃ or above and 37℃ or below, the employer shall rest in shifts to shorten the continuous working hours of workers, and shall not arrange outdoor workers to work overtime.
