The highest level of forest fire warning is red warning.

Forest fire warning signal is an early warning signal put forward by the national meteorological department according to atmospheric temperature, humidity and forest conditions, which is used to enhance people's awareness of prevention.

According to the meteorological conditions of forest fire, the flammability of combustible materials in the forest and the risk of forest fire spread, the forest fire warning signals are divided into three levels, which are represented by yellow, orange and red respectively, and marked in Chinese and English, representing the third-level forest fire (moderate danger), the fourth-level forest fire (high danger) and the fifth-level forest fire (extremely dangerous) respectively. The first-class and second-class forest fire risks only issue grade forecasts, and do not issue early warning signals.
