Interpretation of weather system. Help!

This is a ridge of high pressure in the western Pacific. Legend has it that all the year round is a solid line, 20 10 is a dotted line, and it is August, so it should be a high-pressure ridge wandering.

If it is a cold wind crossing the border, the direction of the solid line and dotted line that should appear should extend from the land to the ocean, so C is wrong.
