If the kung fu of practicing one's own foundation is not refined and the stability of consciousness is not enough, then once the essence is sufficient, it can be turned into the acquired turbid essence, so that the holographic qi can be solidified into tangible substances and dispersed. It is said that the acquired essence is turbid essence, but why did you pay so much attention to essence in the past? Because essence is an invisible innate mixed vitality, a lot of information becomes tangible material. Without the essence, the innate mixed vitality is lost.
