How to prevent water and leakage in rural cement flat-roofed houses?

In order to prevent rainwater from leaking, the roofs of cement bungalows in rural areas also need to be fully waterproof.

First, the base surface requirements

The surface of the base is clean, the moisture content is not more than 9%, it is smooth and dense, and the ends of each node are neat and complete, which meets the requirements.

Second, the first waterproof layer

(1) laying flexible waterproof layer, you can choose coating or coiled material. Its construction conditions require that the moisture content of the base surface should not be greater than 9%, so it is suitable for summer construction with hot weather and five consecutive sunny days. After completion, water storage experiments should be done;

(2) If the coating is waterproof, take "one cloth and two coats" as an example: after the base is cleaned, the coating is brushed once, after drying to form a film, a layer of glass fiber cloth matrix reinforcement material is laid, and the surface is brushed with a layer of coating after flattening, and then the next coating construction is carried out after drying. The total thickness of waterproof coating should be above 3 mm;

(3) When the waterproofing membrane is constructed, after the base is cleaned, brush the adhesive on the reverse side of the membrane and the base, paste and roll it according to the played baseline from far and near, and finally conduct joint closing inspection.

Third, the second waterproof layer

Rigid waterproof layer should be laid about two days after the completion of the first flexible waterproof layer. The waterproof layer is mainly made of advanced fatty acid mortar waterproofing agent, cement, sand, fine stone aggregate and fiber, and the thickness of the waterproof layer should be 20-30 mm;

(1), according to the specification requirements, install battens, and set the frame to 4000mm× 4000mm. Then sprinkle water to make the base surface wet, but there can be no water;

(2), according to the order from far to near, first high and then low, the prepared mortar or fine stone concrete will be constructed one by one, and the same frame will be completed at one time, and then leveled and compacted;

(3) After initial setting, take out the frame strips, calender and trim the frame joints;

(4), using flexible sealing material to fill the frame joints, and sealing the surface. Pay attention to sprinkler maintenance after the completion of construction;

(5) If there is planting soil on the roof, it should be covered with planting soil in the shortest time.
