Why does it get cold?

The direct cause of the cold weather is the decrease of sunshine. From summer solstice, the sun moves to the southern hemisphere, and in winter solstice, the sun is located on the tropic of Capricorn in the southern hemisphere. For the northern hemisphere, the sun is oblique, and the solar energy obtained by the northern hemisphere is greatly reduced, so it will get colder and colder. For our own living area, it will be very cold because we get less heat from the sun and can't resist the cold air from the North Pole.

How to keep warm in winter:

1, keep your head warm

In winter, only the head of the human body is exposed to cold air in a large area. Therefore, if the head catches cold or catches cold, it will emit heat in the body, so be sure to keep your head warm.

2. Keep your waist and abdomen warm.

Why do you have a warm vest? Because if you want to keep warm, you must keep your chest, waist and abdomen warm, otherwise your stomach will catch cold easily, causing stomach pain and cardiovascular diseases.

Step 3 keep your back warm

A warm vest can not only keep your chest and abdomen warm, but also keep your back warm. Just like you must cover your back with a thick blanket or towel after exercise to prevent heat loss.
