Qualifications for using Luoyang Annual Pass

1. Household registration in Luoyang City/Jiyuan (including counties and districts), and the original resident ID card can be obtained at various annual pass sales points.

2. In Luanda University technical secondary schools (regular institutions with nationally recognized academic qualifications and registered with the education department), you can go to various annual ticket sales points with your local student ID card and original ID card.

3. Persons with non-Luoyang City/Jiyuan household registration who have been working, studying or living in Luoyang for a long time for more than one year can apply if they meet one of the following conditions
