I plan to go to Jeju Island in April. What should I wear? Take what?

I have a business trip to Incheon in March, so I plan to visit Seoul/Jeju Island. The plane ticket is booked by the company looking for an agent, which is expensive. About 3800 Shanghai Airlines flew from Hongqiao to Gimpo. Because my cousin is studying for a Ph.D. in Seoul, my cousin arranged the air tickets for hotels outside Incheon and Jeju Island to and from Gimpo Airport, and I paid by credit card.

In the afternoon 15:30, the liquid of flight FM823 from Hongqiao to Gimpo should be checked. During the security check, my unfinished mineral water was taken out and thrown away, and I was asked to take off my boots for inspection. Fill in the entry application form (Chinese/English) and entry declaration form (Chinese/English/Korean) on the plane, but it must be filled in English or Chinese Pinyin. The flight time is 1 hour 50 minutes, and it arrives at Gimpo Airport on time at 18:20 Korea time. When passing through the immigration office, it is divided into Korean channel and foreigner channel, because the only foreign planes entering Gimpo Airport are those from Japan and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, and there is only one foreigner channel, which is very slow. After all Koreans went out, the staff of Korea Channel called on foreigners to go through the entry formalities. The baggage claim area is downstairs after entry, but the speed is also very slow. When you take out your luggage, give the immigration declaration form to the staff.

There is a bank there, but the exchange rate is very low. The US dollar is about 920 won, and the RMB is about 120 won. I haven't changed. I'm going to change it in myeongdong the next day. My cousin has been waiting for me. He took me to take the subway line 5. His school is in the east of Seoul, near the East Gate. Take the subway 1 hour or so, 1 time. The cost is about 30~40 yuan RMB, and my cousin borrowed a card to recharge it. When I got to their school, I found a barbecue shop at the back door, which is not bad in Korea. I ate 8000W barbecue alone, and we ordered three people, a bottle of shochu and seafood soup, which cost less than 25000, so we can swipe our cards. After eating, it was 10, so I found a small hotel near the school. The semi-underground room doesn't have 40000/ night windows, but this is my requirement. I slept on the ground and everything was complete. Television/air conditioning/mini refrigerator/water dispenser, cream/skin cream, and good sanitary facilities. But the standard should be geothermal, but geothermal is not turned on, and a large electric blanket is used. The room is still warm. There is only one Chinese channel on TV. Turn off the electric blanket when sleeping, but I still feel hot and fall asleep very late.

By the way, I want to charge my mobile phone, because it is dead. Remember to read the raiders that Korean sockets are two flat ones, but they are actually two round ones. You should borrow a conversion socket in a hotel.

At about 9: 30 in the morning, my cousin came to pick me up and check out. Actually, the money was paid the night before. Just return the key. Take the luggage to his dormitory and put it down to Ming Dong. The subway still needs to be changed once, about 6/7 stops. I saw the amount of the subway card this time. The basic fee is 900, and you can brush it when you come out. If it exceeds 900, I will deduct the corresponding expenses.

When I arrived in Myeongdong, I found a place to exchange money. The exchange rate of US dollars against Korean won is 936, RMB 130, so I changed all US dollars. I was going to pay for the round-trip ticket to Jeju Island in cash, but I was afraid I almost changed my RMB. It turned out that it was changed too much. In fact, supermarkets can buy things and restaurants can swipe their cards. Mingdong is a commercial street, selling clothes, cosmetics and so on. I didn't buy anything for lunch, so I found ginseng chicken soup, each person 1 1000, and there was no rice. After one o'clock, I went back to the supermarket near my school and bought some pickles and seaweed. I went back to my dormitory to study how to get to the hotel in Incheon, and finally decided to ask the price of a taxi, otherwise I would take a bus at the long-distance bus station. Finally, 40 thousand took a taxi to Incheon Royal Hotel.

As for taxis, there are ordinary taxis and advanced taxis in Korea. A senior taxi is a black taxi with a yellow or blue roof. The starting price is 4500, which is very expensive. Ordinary silver gray/silvery white, starting price 1900. Comparatively speaking, it is much more affordable. I only take a regular taxi if I pay my own bill.

On the morning of 6th, the hotel checked out, luggage belt went to the company, took a taxi directly to the west of Qilihe River in Seoul, the hotel is in Seoul, 10 minutes away from Gimpo Airport. After checking in, I took a taxi with my colleagues to eat in Myeongdong, because my colleagues have never been to Myeongdong. Call around 14000. The hotel said that the 640 bus can go directly to Myeongdong, which takes about 1 hour. I ate in myeongdong on Friday, 47300 for two people. After eating, I bought something small, and it's been 10 since I took a taxi back to the hotel. Driving by the Han River, I saw the night view of the Han River. It's really beautiful. If only I had time to walk on the river. I have to get up early the next day and go to Jeju Island with my colleagues.

Check out at 6:30 in the morning, leave your suitcase in the hotel, put on your backpack and go to Gimpo Airport. Because it was too early, the hotel decided to go to Jeju Island again before breakfast. All the limousines are waiting at the entrance of the hotel. Call the airport 12000 or above. Change the printed air ticket reservation form and passport for boarding pass. KE 12 1 1 of Korean Air, 8:00~9:05, 84,400 one-way from Friday to Sunday (plus 4,000 tax), and the fare from Monday to Thursday is 73,400. There is still one hour before the security check, and the domestic plane will board the plane 15 minutes in advance. The staff held up a sign saying that people in rows 43-67 boarded the plane first. Even the domestic flights in Korea are big planes with eight seats in each row, which is much better than that in China, but only drinks are provided on the plane, and there is no food. The liquid carried with you has not been confiscated, but the computer must be taken out. Take a taxi from Jeju Island Airport to Hotel 4400.

The hotel is a tourist hotel in Jeju, Seoul, 50,000 yuan/night including breakfast, no internet access, staying in a geothermal room in Korea, but sleeping in a bed. You can't enter the room until ten o'clock after registration. I asked the hotel if there was anything to eat. American breakfast 9680 is the most expensive breakfast I have ever had. The hotel is across the street from the sea. I can see the sea from the window of my room, which can be said to be a sea view room. 1 1 o'clock room, take a taxi to the left of the airport 1 boarding gate, and take bus No.600 to Rumeidi 3900/ person in China tourist area. 40~50 minutes, get off and turn right, and walk for five minutes to Rumei Land. The ticket is 7000 yuan. There are all kinds of plants in it, and the sightseeing elevator in the middle can take you to the top to see the scenery in the south of Jeju. There's sightseeing bus 1000/ person outside. Take a beautiful turn. If it comes out beautifully, the Tianyuan Waterfall is on your left, and the ticket is 2500. This season, only the lowest floor has waterfalls, but the water in the middle pool is still very clear. The wind from heaven and earth is very strong. When the camera ran out of power in Tiandi source, I gave up teddy bear museum and went directly to the columnar joint area.

I came out from the east gate of Tiandi Garden without asking how to get to the columnar junction area. I went back to Tiandi Garden and asked if I wanted to go out. I turned left at the west gate. I go to the first intersection and then turn left. I walked straight ahead, passed Jeju International Convention Center, turned right before the African Museum, and then walked for five minutes. * * * walked for nearly 30 minutes, and the ticket was 2000. It's about 4 o'clock when the columnar joint is taken out. Colleagues think it's cold to go back to the hotel and plan to find the 600 road to go back. When I started to turn right, I went back to the door of the African Museum and found someone asking for directions. The young man took us to the side of the road, but in the end he might still feel unclear, so he drove us to the International Convention and Exhibition Center Station (the station is next to a turntable, so all the cars stop at this station). It's 6 o'clock to take the 600 bus to the airport and then take a taxi back to the hotel. In the evening, I ate seafood soup 10000/ person at the first shop on the left side of the hotel (next to GS25 supermarket). Menu is Korean+English.

On the first day of traveling in Jeju Island, Koreans were generally enthusiastic. As long as we ask for directions, we should show them on the way, because they can't speak English or Chinese, and we Koreans can only say place names and hello. Thank you. Even the receptionist in our hotel knows only a little English and Chinese. The general feeling is that communication is difficult. Not many young people in Korea can speak English.

March 8(th), 2008

I had breakfast in the hotel in the morning, asked how to get to Hala Mountain, looked at the long-distance bus station on the map, and planned to walk there. After crossing an intersection, I felt less confident and asked for directions. Finally, a Korean girl wrote it down for us and stopped a taxi to let us take the 5. 16 bus to Hanna Mountain. The taxi put us on the platform of the city hall. There is no sign on the platform, and the shop next to it has not opened yet. Fortunately, it didn't take long for the 5. 16 bus to arrive. Ticket price 1500/ person, get off at Chengsaka for about 30~40 minutes. There are Chinese names on the platform. There are no tickets for Halla Mountain, only those who rent mountaineering supplies. When we started climbing the mountain, we saw that the mountain was covered with snow. After walking for a long time, a road sign shows how far we have gone and how far we have to go. There are two peaks in Halla Mountain, the first peak is 7.3km, and the second peak is 8.6km, but it was not long before a sign said that it was forbidden to climb the second peak before 12:30.

It turns out that snow-capped mountains are really difficult to climb, especially when wearing leather boots or ordinary casual shoes. When we climbed to 1km, a Korean aunt pointed to my boots and said something, which should be about how I climbed the mountain in these shoes. I was the only one who passed it down the mountain. I guess I can tell at a glance whether I am from China or Japanese. During the whole climbing process, seven or eight people said that the shoes I wore should of course be well-intentioned. There is a steep and slippery place above 6km, and you can only climb it by grabbing the rope from the tree next to it. We climbed to 7.3km, and it was already 1 pm. It took us 2 hours and 40 minutes to climb the mountain. The intersection further up the mountain has been blocked by a sign, all written in Korean, which probably means not to go up the mountain. There is a rest place on the mountain, which is very simple. Many people sit inside and have a rest. We also bought bowls of noodles and sat in them to eat. After eating, we packed the garbage in the bags we gave when we bought noodles and took it down the mountain.

In the afternoon 1: 30, it began to decline. When going downhill, you can only step on places where people with thick snow rarely step on them. Walking to the steepest part, I saw many young climbers sitting or lying on the ground, slipping down. Very interesting. I can only hold the branches next to me. Just after the steepest part, a pair of Korean uncles and aunts are talking about me again. I can only giggle at them and say that my uncle threw something to me. At first glance, I thought it was socks. I don't think my uncle will let me take off my boots and go down the mountain in socks. When I opened it, it turned out to be a glove, which was still very new. Thank you gratefully in Korean. There are colleagues, one hand is not afraid of being cut by branches. It took two hours to go down the mountain. At 3: 30, my colleague's shoes and socks were all wet. I didn't want to go anywhere else, so I had to take a taxi back to the city hall on 5. 16 and return to the hotel on 4. 10. I wanted to go to Dragon Head Rock by myself, but I was really tired, so I didn't want to move when I sat down. Dinner is only packed at McDonald's, and I go back to the hotel to eat and rest. I flew back to Seoul at 1:30 the next afternoon, and there was still half a day left. I have an appointment with my colleagues to have breakfast at 7:30 and leave for Seoul Sunrise Peak at 8: 00.

I didn't see the sun when I got up in the morning It was raining outside when I opened the curtains, but I wasted a lot of time two days ago and really don't want to stay in the hotel. At my insistence, my colleagues and I took a taxi to Chengshan Sunrise Peak. I borrowed two umbrellas from the front desk of the hotel and bought two disposable raincoats from the supermarket GS25 next to me. In fact, I didn't use it in the end, because it didn't rain too hard and the mountain peak was not high. The hotel asked about the taxi number of 25,000, and saw a guide saying that it takes about 1.5 hours by bus. In fact, it took us about 1 hour to get to the gate of Sunrise Peak by taxi No.27800, and we arrived around 9 o'clock. Tickets are 2000. When I arrived at home, I felt that this trip was not in vain. The scenery is really good, and few people come early. Let's take a walk and watch it reach the peak in 30 minutes. There is a small bay at the foot of the mountain where you can take a yacht. The water is blue, and you will be excited to see it.

It's only ten o'clock, and my colleagues are afraid that time is too late. Only at the entrance did I see that several tour groups, possibly from Taiwan Province Province, had just arrived. I bought some grandpa Shi (ranging from 2000 to 3000), Korean wine glasses (ranging from 5000 to 3000)/tableware (each set of 1 chopsticks and 1 spoon, which is the kind used for eating in Korea), and my colleagues also bought Jeju Island commemorative T-shirts (. The proprietress can speak simple Chinese. She bought something and asked her where there was a taxi. She showed her the business card of our hotel, and she called us to order one. Back to the hotel 1 1: 15, the fare is 25900, and the driver will give me 5000 for 30000. Thank you. I returned my umbrella to the hotel and went back to my room to rest. Colleagues insist on checking out at 1 1:45. It takes 1 more hours to check in at the airport and pass the security check. Our 1:35 is KE 1222 of Korean air. Colleagues looked at the things in the duty-free shop, which were not cheap. When I have nothing to do, I turn on the computer and start writing my travel notes. My colleague said that the man sitting behind me kept looking at me. He doesn't understand Chinese anyway, so let him go. Colleagues heard that I was writing a travel note and asked me not to write it down. I only promised not to mention his name.

Back in Seoul, I took a taxi to the hotel. My colleague flew on Monday and stayed for another night. I went to his room to rest. Meet my cousin at the airport at half past five. I changed my boarding pass to FM824, 19:20~20: 10 and flew to Hongqiao. I had a light meal with my cousin at the airport and gave him my mobile phone and power converter. After passing the security check and visiting the duty-free shops, many people bought things. The plane is very empty. Just after take-off, the stewardess sent an application form for entry and exit to every foreigner, half of them leaving the country and half entering the country. I didn't know which side to fill in, so I filled it all in. However, when I left the immigration office of Hongqiao Airport, the staff told me that China people should not fill it out when entering or leaving the country.

Arrived at the airport bus station, bought a ticket for the last bus from Hongqiao Airport to Suzhou at 9 o'clock, and ended the trip.

The starting point of writing travel notes for the first time is to write raiders, hoping to provide some useful information for TX to go to Korea in the future. I wrote some notes and some feelings. The deepest feeling is that self-help tours must find like-minded people. Colleagues actually prefer to sleep in hotels, because we belong to different offices, so this is our first time. Shanjun and teddy bear museum in Jeju Island are places I wanted to go but didn't make it, which left some regrets for my self-help tour.
