How much does the hotel have to pay for opening the wrong door?

1. If you go to a hotel to get a room, the hotel gives you the wrong room but you still check in, should the hotel compensate you? If that's what you mean, then the hotel doesn't need to compensate you. There is no relevant provision in the law, because in fact you have no loss, so there is no question whether the hotel can refuse compensation. The hotel opened the wrong room and you didn't check in. You can choose to check out or change. If the hotel refuses to change, it will generally check you out and give you a full refund. There is no loss or compensation for you.

(four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration;

(5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
