Roof spotlights shall be installed in accordance with the Design Standard for Urban Night Lighting approved by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Construction.

In addition to this standard, the design of urban night scene lighting should also conform to the current national mandatory standards and norms.

The Design Standard for Urban Nightscape Lighting stipulates that energy should be saved, the environment should be protected and light pollution should be prevented. Nightscape lighting shall not be set up within the scope specified as a natural night sky protection zone.
