Zhao Yiming, after graduating from university, worked in a government department. 1994 went to sea and joined the hotel management industry. He has worked in Shandong Grain Trade Building (foreign-related hotel), Sunshine Huadu Hotel (Samsung), Taoyuan Hotel (four-star), Shenzhen Life Network, Beijing Happy Sunshine Culture Communication Company and Beijing Jiahe Dongfang (Hotel Management) Property Service Co., Ltd., and successively served as deputy general manager, planning director, executive general manager and general manager.

With years of management practice, he has accumulated rich experience in the management and operation of hotels and serviced apartments. With pioneering and innovative spirit, strong professionalism and execution, comprehensive leadership and extensive social and customer relations. During his tenure, he has been awarded the honorary titles of advanced workers in provincial and municipal industries and enterprise benefit pacesetter for many years. In 2009 and 20 10, he was awarded "Outstanding Hotel Person in China Hotel Industry" by China Hotel Association respectively. Participated in various training courses, workshops and seminars organized by China Hotel Association for many times. In 2007, he applied for registration as a senior professional manager of China Hotel Association and passed the examination. In the same year, after three years of industry market research, the well-known online booking brand "Shenzhouxing Self-service Apartment Alliance" was developed and established in China (the project has more than 30 affiliates in China). It also took the lead in formulating the standardized management regulations and application manuals of "hotel-style self-service apartments", advocating and popularizing the brand-new accommodation concept based on home for the first time in China, providing professional, standardized and characteristic "property-style management and hotel-style services" for the majority of owners, and providing more refined, faster and more economical accommodation environment and humanized services for many accommodation consumers.
