Does everyone in the university rent their own house?

Then a man suggested that we rent a house outside. We thought about it for a moment, and it seems that we can. As a result, we went to see the house the next day. This house has two bedrooms. A month 1200 or so, the four of us, counting one person, is more than 200. Everyone thought it was all right, agreed as soon as it was hot, and moved in on the third day. However, it is still necessary to tidy up and buy some necessities, such as sheets and quilts, which is also a big expense. Besides, we don't live alone. Every time we live together, we can't stay five times, so it's summer vacation and everyone goes home. As a result, the epidemic situation at the beginning of this semester is very serious, the school has been closed, and our rent has not dropped. While other roommates can save a lot of money, I'm still scrimping and saving to pay the rent.
