Why is Yutong Hotel closed?
The hardware conditions are not good. In the nearly 30 years since the hotel has been in operation, various equipment and facilities have become outdated, pipelines are severely corroded, fire safety hazards are prominent, and operating performance has declined year by year. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on hotel integration and reorganization, Yutong Hotel has been closed since January 24, 2020.
