What is the responsibility of the assistant manager in the lobby?

1. On behalf of the hotel management, coordinate and supervise the guest service in each service area, ensure the normal operation of the hotel's commercial order, and receive and handle all complaints from guests to various departments of the hotel.

2. Fully grasp the business content of each department at the front desk, give priority to the reception business at the front desk, handle the business problems of each department at any time, and assist the daily work of each department at any time;

3. Check and supervise employees' compliance with the rules and regulations of the group and hotel companies, including employees' gfd, behavior, post discipline, etiquette, etc.
