Light rail car factory is divided into two construction projects: foundation and upper cover. The first stage is the infrastructure project.

The upper cover of the vehicle depot is mainly composed of the operation building (operation control center), the workshop and maintenance building, the train parking area, and the car washing office. There is a test track with a total length of about 600 meters in the depot for train test.
