Why is Jinjiang Welfare Institute in Quanzhou?

Caused by administrative divisions. After the founding of New China, Quanzhou was included in Jinjiang area, and the corresponding Jinjiang area was established (formerly known as reformatory, but after the abolition of reformatory system, it was called welfare home, and there used to be a leprosy hospital in the middle section of Dayangshan in Shuangyang Street, which was also managed by Jinjiang District Civil Affairs Bureau), and it continued because of administrative divisions.
