On the morning of May 10, we arrived in Situ Town, Danyang City, where Wanxin Glasses Company is located. Led by Liu xx, an engineer from Shenzhen Jiejiachuang Company, we visited the workshop of Wanxin Company's new factory and inspected its cleaning equipment. Wanxin Optical Company uses more than 30 cleaning equipment of Jiejiachuang Company, including 17 cleaning equipment and 13 6 cleaning equipment.
1, main process of equipment
Taking the 6-tank cleaning equipment for cleaning lenses as an example, the process flow is as follows: cleaning agent cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, spraying, ultrasonic rinsing, ultrasonic rinsing, rinsing, and then entering the drying furnace.
2. Equipment appearance
The shell of the cleaning tank is made of stainless steel, and the shell of the drying furnace is made of steel plate sprayed with milky white paint. The appearance of the equipment is good.
3. Degree of automation
Its existing cleaning equipment is manual feeding and discharging, and the cleaning process and drying process are completely controlled.
4. Water and electricity pipeline layout?
The layout of the water and electricity exhaust pipe is good, the wiring is more formal, and there is no sense of clutter. Internal pipelines are clearly connected with mechanical and electrical components.

The operating environment of the equipment is clean, and most tanks use ultrasonic waves, so the equipment runs normally and smoothly, and there is no sudden pause or interruption during the mechanical operation.

The key component is the imported component. The ultrasonic vibrator is made in Korea, the temperature control element is Omron thermostat, and the filter is American filter.
7. Existing problems
In the drying furnace part of the cleaning equipment, the flower basket containing the cleaned product is in direct contact with the transmission chain, so it is possible that when the product is repeatedly cleaned by the flower basket, the oil pollution of the transmission chain attached to the flower basket will produce pollution, which will affect the cleaning effect.
The observation window of the cleaning tank is made of aluminum alloy, which is easy to be corroded by liquid medicine and may pollute the cleaned products. In the process of cleaning, when moving from one tank to another, there will be instability and jitter in the process of translation, which is caused by the unevenness of the support rod carrying the translation basket, so there are some gaps and problems in the details of the equipment.

Generally speaking, the cleaning equipment produced by Shenzhen Jiejiachuang Company runs well, and the company has certain cleaning equipment design and processing ability, which can be used as a candidate manufacturer of domestic cleaning equipment needed for our project for further investigation and understanding.
