How to handle prostitution laws
1. How to deal with the law on prostitution
1. Anyone who engages in prostitution shall be detained for not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days, and may be fined not more than five thousand yuan. Prostitution is an illegal act, not a crime. The punishment for rape is based on the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China", and rape is a crime.
