How to manage hotel elevators

1. There are two situations in the hotel elevator:

(1) Generally, elevators equipped with automatic control do not need staff to operate, but if important guests, such as heads of state, need to take special elevators, they need to arrange staff to operate;

(2) elevators that need to be operated by staff, such as old-fashioned and glass elevators.

2. Elevator service for important guests:

(1) Grasp the exact time for guests to take the elevator, open the elevator door on the floor where the elevator is located a few minutes in advance, and wait outside;

(3) When there are many people, take the stairs to take care of the main guests according to the quota, and ask other guests to wait a moment;

(4) vertical speed who knows the elevator, don't be too fast or too slow, open the elevator.

Be steady and stand in the middle of the elevator when operating;

(5) When the elevator reaches the floor where the guests arrive, please open the door and ask the guests to get off the elevator after stopping. Pay attention to the guests and close the door. Never let the ladder door catch the guests.

(6) When meeting a guest waiting for the elevator, apologize to the guest, and then quickly transport the guest to the required floor.

3. Ordinary guests take the elevator service:

(1) Ordinary guests should pay attention to safety, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness when taking stairs. When the guest gets on the ladder, he should ask the guest which floor he wants to go to. When the guests know which floor to go to or receive the button on which floor, they should take care of the guests on that floor and get off the ladder. If there are guests waiting for the elevator outside, signal the elevator to rise or fall with gestures.

(2) No matter whether the elevator goes up or down, if there are guests going up and down the stairs, let them go down first and then up.

(3) When the elevator goes up or down and stops at each floor, the elevator should be aligned with the corridor to prevent injury to the guests.
