At 8: 05 on August 4th, 20 15, daxin county organized an emergency meeting of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee, the County Education Bureau and the County Public Security Bureau to analyze and study the incident. The meeting decided to take the following measures: First, the Party Committee of daxin county Education Bureau decided to stop the post of director of Huang Hampu's office and accept the investigation of the working group of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection; Second, the county commission for discipline inspection organized a working group to immediately investigate and verify the truth of Huang Hampu's online exchange with two women to open a house; Third, the county public security bureau immediately began to collect surveillance videos and other materials.

20 15 at 8: 30pm on August 4th, the working group of daxin county Commission for Discipline Inspection has conducted investigation and verification with Pu himself, and the investigation conversation is still in progress. On August 7th, 20 15, the portal of daxin county Municipal People's Government published "About the Handling of Huang Hampu's Case", claiming that Huang Hampu, as a cadre in party member, committed adultery with others, which seriously violated socialist morality and caused extremely bad social impact. According to the relevant provisions of "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of China Production Party" and "Interim Provisions on Disciplinary Actions of Staff in Institutions", it was decided to give Huang Hampu expulsion from the Party and administrative dismissal.
