Where is Micang Mountain and which province is it in?

Sichuan Micangshan National Nature Reserve is located in wangcang county, Guangyuan City, northern Sichuan Basin, with a total area of 23,400 hectares, which is an important part of the natural boundary between the north and the south of China-Qinling to Daba Mountain. The nature reserve was founded in 1997 and was approved as a national nature reserve in February 2006.

Most of the mountains in Micang Mountain are cone-shaped limestone and dolomite peaks. Standing at the southern foot of the mountain and looking north, a series of peaks that look like hoarding soar into the sky. The peaks of Micang Mountain look similar to those in Guangxi and Guizhou, but most of them grow on the mountains, while those in Guizhou and Guangxi mainly grow in basins.

Granite, metamorphic sandstone, limestone and dolomite constitute the main body of Micangshan rock stratum. Guangwu Mountain, the main peak of Micang Mountain, is 2507 meters above sea level, and the peak is round, which is the comprehensive result of spherical weathering and freezing weathering of granite.
