Step 2: Measure several main parameters of the old lock on the door.

This paper mainly measures the dimensions of the locking tongue limit piece (side decorative plate) of the old lock of the original door, including the length, width, the position of fixing screws (the distance between the center point of the screw hole and the horizontal and vertical sides) and the number of fixing screws (up and down 1 pair or up and down 1 pair), and then measures the thickness of the door to determine the direction of the door (divided into left inside, left outside and right inside)

Through the above measurement and observation, remember the parameters and determine whether it is necessary to order the side decorative panel. If the side decorative panel of the original security door is not the standard 30*240 or 24*240, it is generally required to order, and the cost is around 50 yuan.

Step 3: Unlock the original lock.

After determining the material and specifications of the original door and the relevant parameters of the original lock, and preparing to install the accessories, first remove the original lock and put it in a box for the customer to keep. If the fingerprint lock needs to be removed for maintenance, the original lock can be installed for temporary replacement.

Step 4: Install the new lock body and lock core.

After removing the old lock body, install the lock body of the fingerprint lock (the lock body needs to be installed with the side decorative plate first), hang up the heaven and earth poles, and then fix them with screws. Next, insert Fangpu's high-safety lock core into the lock core hole of the lock body, and insert and tighten the lock core from the side with special screws. After the lock is fixed, insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn the lock cylinder to test whether the lock body can be opened and whether the lock is normal.

Step 5: Install the front and rear panels.

Install the handles of the front and rear panels first, pay attention to the direction when installing, and don't forget to use the spring pad when installing the screws to prevent the handle screws from loosening after long-term use. Then screw on the upper and lower screw sleeves of the back cover, and insert the square bar spring into the square hole of the handle (this is very important, the spring is an important device to resist the square bar and prevent it from withdrawing from the rotating hole of the lock body. Remember to install the spring, otherwise, the withdrawal of the square bar from the lock will lead to the failure of electronic unlocking, and only emergency mechanical unlocking can be done. Then install the handle of the rear panel. According to the thickness of the car door, cut off the excess length of the connecting rod piece of the anti-lock button, insert the anti-lock button and lock it with screws. Install rubber washers on the front and rear panels. First install the front panel on the door. When installing, connect the lock body line with the lock body control line plug on the front panel. Then insert the battery cable into the car door through the upper fixing screw hole and extend it out. Insert two square bars into the front and rear bar holes of the lock body. When inserting, select a square bar with appropriate length according to the thickness of the door. Note that the square bar should not be too long, and the square bar hole inserted into the front and rear panels should be between 1CM and 3CM. If the square bar is too long, the handle will not rotate smoothly after the front and rear panel fixing screws are tightened. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the square and change it to a shorter one.

After the front panel is installed, keep it still and install the rear panel immediately. When installing the rear panel, please pay attention to first connect the battery box cable with the battery cable plug of the front panel. And insert the extra wires into the door body, and be careful that the wires do not go to the movable space of the mast, so as not to damage the power cord because of the frequent movement of the mast. When installing the rear panel, pay attention to that the connecting rod of the anti-lock button should be inserted into the control hole of the anti-lock button in the lock body, and the square rod should also be inserted into the square rod hole of the handle. Make sure that the square bar spring is installed.

Step 6: Check whether the handle and locking bolt work normally, and check whether the locking bolt hole of the door frame is appropriate.

After installation, turn the inner and outer handles of the door, check whether the locking bolt of the lock body works normally, whether the handle returns smoothly, and test whether the anti-lock button works normally. If it is abnormal, loosen the screw to adjust the position and height of the lock, and then tighten the screw after it is normal.

Check whether the door frame hole is normal, stand on the inside of the door, close the door, and lift the handle to see if the lock tongue can be inserted into the lock tongue hole on the door frame smoothly. If it doesn't fit, correct it with tools.

Step 7: Initialize the fingerprint lock and enter the administrator fingerprint.

The new fingerprint lock generally has no fingerprint, password or card input. However, before using it, it is best to enter the management mode and run the initialization operation to ensure that the lock settings are restored to the factory default values and the original data is cleared. After the initialization is completed, enter the user's administrator fingerprint and other information.
