Article 7 The respective responsibilities of hotel decoration.

Article 8 Transfer and sublease of hotels

Article 9 Modification, rescission and termination of a contract

2. If Party A commits any of the following acts, Party B has the right to terminate this contract:

(2) Party A fails to perform the obligation of house repair, which seriously affects the operation.

3. During the contract period, if Party B commits any of the following acts, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and take back the hotel contracted to Party B:

(3) Damaging the hotel facilities agreed in the contract and failing to repair them within a reasonable period proposed by Party A. ..

Article 10 Acceptance of Hotel Delivery and Recovery

Article 11 Liability for breach of contract

1. Party A and Party B shall fully and earnestly perform this contract, and those who fail to perform or fail to perform fully shall be liable for breach of contract.

2. During the contract period, if Party B commits one of the acts in Paragraph 3 of Article 9, Party A shall have the right to terminate the contract and take back the hotel management right, and Party B shall pay liquidated damages to Party A at% of the total contract price.

3. During the contract period, if Party B fails to pay the expenses agreed in this contract to be borne by Party B, Party B shall pay _ _ _% of the total expenses as liquidated damages to Party A for each day overdue.
