Brief introduction of Changchun Vanke city project

Vanke City Phase I covers an area of about 70,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 230,000 square meters. This year's development and construction is near the intersection of Hong Fei Road and Cai Yu Street. In the design of Vanke City, Yuanzhou International uses the advanced concept of world-class design to perfectly match the architectural style of new urbanism with the ecological landscape of North America, and perfectly interpret the urban ecological city. In the facade color of the building, the internationally popular color design is used to match, which breaks through the single and constantly copied Spanish or French architectural style in the market. In the facade modeling, the scattered changes of terraces and bay windows are used to create a fresh, elegant and urbanized modern building.

In order to build a million square meters urban eco-city, the garden landscape design takes the group as the core, and extracts five elements of North American parks, namely "streams", "paths", "hills", "rocks" and "forests", so as to create characteristic themes for their respective groups. Peacekeeping-style architecture makes the landscape in the park present the theme of North America Park, emphasizing the activity space, living space and residents' participation in the landscape, just like the buildings built in the park. In order to pursue the best landscape effect, we choose trees, shrubs, lawns, flowers and ground cover plants with different heights in plant collocation, and strive to achieve a park-style theme garden with different scenery and scenery all year round. Different groups have different forms of garden display, such as artificial lakes, wooden plank roads, overlapping water, dry streams, children's play bunkers, ecological slopes and other characteristic landscapes.
