Enterprise quality management method

Doing a good job in quality control of enterprises is conducive to establishing corporate image, improving corporate visibility and realizing publicity benefits. Below I have prepared an article about enterprise quality management methods, welcome everyone to refer to it!

1, PDCA management loop

PDCA management cycle is the basic working method (procedure) of quality management, and the whole process of quality management is divided into four stages: P (plan scheme), D (implementation), C (inspection) and A (action summary).

The first is the P (planning) stage, which is divided into four steps.

(1) Analyze the current situation and find out the main quality problems.

(2) Analyze various factors that cause quality problems.

(3) Find out the main factors that affect the quality.

(4) Formulate measures against the main factors affecting quality, propose improvement plans and set targets.

The second stage is D (implementation): implementation according to the planned objectives.

The third stage is C (check): check the actual implementation results to see if the planned expected effect is achieved.

The fourth stage is a (summary processing), which is divided into two steps:

(1) Summarize mature experience, incorporate it into standard systems and regulations, consolidate achievements and prevent mistakes.

⑵ Bring the unresolved problems in this round of PDCA cycle into the next round of PDCA cycle to solve.

2, 5W2H method: Why: Why do you want to do this?

What: what-do what? Prepare what?

Where: where-where is the best place to do it?

When does it start? When will it be finished?

Who: Who-who will do it?

How: How?

How much: How much is it?

3. Brainstorming

Brainstorming, also known as brain stimulation, can effectively identify possible solutions to problems and potential opportunities for quality improvement. Generally used for analysis and discussion meetings, especially QC group meetings and quality analysis meetings.

When using brainstorming, we should pay attention to the following questions:

1. No criticism: it is forbidden to criticize and oppose other people's opinions;

2. Free and unrestrained: imagine freely, speak freely, and truly know everything and say everything;

3. Welcome to make more comments: the more comments, the better;

4. Combine and improve: combine other people's opinions and constantly inspire and improve your own ideas;

5. truthfully record: anyone's speech, including objections, must be truthfully recorded. One is to obtain comprehensive information, and the other is to give people a sense of importance and psychologically inspire others to express their opinions.
