On the first day of training, the impromptu drama brought by Hu Xiangxiang, a motivator and impromptu drama coach, led and guided everyone to devote themselves to it. In the first warm-up session of impromptu drama, everyone was led to feel the charm of impromptu: everyone gave himself a very dramatic name: young master, witch (male), little white tooth, big brother and sister-in-law. In the game of catching zombies, let everyone feel how to solve problems and ask for help when facing difficulties and fears. In the process of drama interpretation, we can fully stimulate everyone's impromptu senses and feel the physical and mental pleasure, relaxation, laughter and self-awareness brought by impromptu drama.

Perceive your emotions, language and communication style in the game. In the second half, the project challenge showed the vitality of colleagues in Guo Xin Communications Department, constantly trying various challenges, constantly optimizing the process and team in the challenges, and showing the excellent demeanor of Guo Xin traffic people.

The second day of training was even more exciting and joyful. Teacher Yan, the chief training instructor of Power, led 60 students into the world of experiential training: how to perceive how to communicate effectively in experiential projects and achieve team goals? Before the warm-up activities, Teacher Yan led us to read a meaningful passage by Mark Twain, a famous American living writer:

In the workplace scenario simulation, ABCDE allows every student to participate in the application and communication of the organization and feel the perspective of thinking and communication at work as a leader, middle-level and grass-roots personnel. Through this kind of project experience, you can always pay attention to your responsibilities at work, and you need to define the team's goals and efficient communication methods. We saw that in the first two and a half minutes, the team leader stood out from the partners of Guo Xin Communications Department through free discussion and communication among team members.
