Which department should I apply to for returning to work during the epidemic?

During the period of epidemic prevention and control, the approval procedures for early resumption of production should be strictly fulfilled. Taking Suining High-tech Zone as an example, enterprises in Suining High-tech Zone need to follow the following declaration procedures:

(1) After the enterprise (project) resumes production, it should go to Suining High-tech Zone to deal with emergency headquarters infected with pneumonia in novel coronavirus, and attach relevant materials;

(II) Within 1 working day after receiving the application, according to the nature of the enterprise, emergency headquarters, a high-tech zone epidemic situation, respectively organized the team in the power grid responsibility area where the enterprise is located, the on-site inspection team of the corresponding enterprise and relevant personnel of emergency headquarters epidemic situation to conduct on-site verification, review relevant materials and issue audit opinions respectively.

(3) Enterprises (projects) that meet the conditions for resumption of work and production after verification shall be approved by emergency headquarters, an epidemic area in High-tech Zone, to resume work and production within 1 working day. Enterprises (projects) that fail to meet the prevention and control conditions after verification are not allowed to return to work.

What is the process of returning to work? 1. The enterprise shall report to the local government 48 hours in advance, and submit the filing form for resumption of work during the epidemic prevention and control period, the commitment letter for safe resumption of work during the epidemic prevention and control period (see annex 1 2) and the enterprise prevention and control plan during the epidemic prevention and control period (refer to the relevant requirements of the epidemic prevention and control guidelines). 2 according to the requirements of the local "epidemic prevention and control guide", organize on-site verification of the applicant enterprises. 3. All localities should report the situation of returning to work to the municipal enterprise prevention and control group before 9: 00 every morning.
