Carpets are difficult to take care of. How to clean them after they are dirty?

There are two types of dirt on carpets, one is ordinary dust, and the other is the color of dye, including drinks, alcohol, etc. The former is easier to clean, just use water or a vacuum cleaner. The latter is more troublesome to clean. You can consider using white vinegar, salt and other methods to dissolve the stains first and then clean them. After cleaning, dry it and you can use it normally.

1. Ordinary dust cleaning

Ordinary dust is easier to clean. For example, you have been using it for a long time and want to clean it. At this time, you can consider using a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on the surface first, and then take it out to bask in the sun and pat it for a few times. If you feel there is a lot of dirt, you can scrub it with a brush. In addition, carpets are also divided into types. For example, plastic carpets placed at the door are relatively rough and can be cleaned directly with a brush. If it is a wool carpet placed in the house, it is recommended to wash it in a washing machine or by hand, but the dust must be removed first.

2. Clean with warm vinegar

Sometimes children are naughty and accidentally get it on the carpet while drinking. At this time, cleaning is more troublesome. We can first soak it in white vinegar and warm water, and then wash it after the beverage on it is dissolved by the white vinegar. If it is a plastic carpet outside, there is no need to wash it. Just wipe it with a damp cloth twice and the stain will be removed naturally. If it is a wool carpet, it still needs to be cleaned again. Be sure to soak it first so that it can be thoroughly cleaned. If you don't want to soak a large area, use a towel dipped in warm white vinegar, and then wipe the carpet surface to clean it.

3. Use salt to scrub

There are many cleaning methods commonly used in households, such as white vinegar, soda, etc. In fact, salt also has a cleaning effect. We can now sprinkle salt on the stain and then start scrubbing it with a cloth. If you find it difficult, consider pouring some warm water on it to speed up the dissolution of the salt. Afterwards, just put the scrubbed carpet outside to dry.
