Nine townships, known as Hanyuan Street and Hanyuanchang in ancient times, have a long history and developed agriculture and commerce. Jiuxiang Town of Hanyuan County is located in the Dadu River Basin in southwest Sichuan, with an average elevation of 1400 meters. It is 80 kilometers north of Ya 'an City and 22 kilometers south of Hanyuan County.
